This is a full-time, in-person position, 5 days a week, based in Los Angeles, CA 90049.
Candidates must be:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable working directly with high-end clients
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client information
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to follow through without constant oversight
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Sheets, Zoom, and basic office software
- Able to work occasional evenings/weekends for events as needed
- Able to lift, carry, and move event/shipping materials up to 50 lbs as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, personable, and highly organized person to support client communication, sales operations, influencer gifting, showroom organization, events, and wholesale support.
This role is ideal for someone who is warm, professional, detail-driven, and excited to work in a high-end creative environment. The right person will help deliver an elevated client experience while keeping internal systems, follow-ups, gifting, appointments, and client records organized and moving smoothly.
Responsibilities: Client Relations & Sales Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for website, email, phone, and text inquiries with prompt, professional communication
- Qualify prospective clients by gathering information on interests, timelines, budgets, and referral sources
- Maintain detailed client profiles and records in Shopify, Google Sheets, and internal databases
- Coordinate virtual and in-person appointments
- Assist during consultations by taking detailed notes and managing follow-up correspondence
- Draft and prepare client emails in collaboration with the sales and production teams
- Support client outreach for anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and special occasions
- Maintain organized VIP client lists, calendars, reminders, and gifting records
- Attend weekly production meetings to track custom orders and relay timely updates to clients
- Organize client folders, approvals, photos, and documents in Dropbox and internal systems
- Prepare and organize the showroom before and after appointments
Influencer Relations & Gifting
- Coordinate influencer outreach aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and target demographic
- Manage influencer gifting logistics including packing, shipping, tracking, and reporting
- Monitor gifting performance and maintain organized records to evaluate partnerships and future opportunities
Events & Wholesale Support
- Support trunk shows, client events, and wholesale partnerships
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, packing, and post-event follow-up
- Help coordinate wholesale shipments and communication with retail partners
- Support occasional travel for events, vendor visits, and client-related deliveries
- Assist with inventory organization and jewelry tray management after appointments and events
- Maintain organized records of wholesale orders, contacts, and partnership activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Warm, professional, and service-oriented communication style
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and follow through in a fast-moving environment
- Discretion when handling private client information
- Genuine interest in luxury client service, fashion, jewelry, design, and relationship building
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
- Sales experience is a plus
- Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus
Technical Skills
- Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Zoom and video conferencing platforms
- Shopify experience preferred
- Basic Adobe Photoshop proficiency is a bonus

Compensation
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full-time position.

Pay: $83,200.00 - $93,600.00 per year
