Duties:
- Prepare and cook delicious meals for banquets and events
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that meet clients' needs
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant, catering, or banquet setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and dietary requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team management skills to coordinate kitchen staff effectively
