Custom Tiny Homes of Montana specializes in luxury tiny home sales. We work closely with our customers to help them design and purchase homes that truly feel like home—whether for full-time living, vacation use, or investment.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a part-time team member who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and is excited to be part of a small, hands-on business. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful customer interactions and takes pride in staying organized and supporting a thoughtful sales process.
This is a YEAR ROUND part time position working three days a week, 20-24 hours/week plus availablility to work 10-3pm on Two saturdays/ month.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and social media
- Help clients work through home designs and options using Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Support customers throughout the home-buying process with clear communication and follow-up
- Manage contracts, documents, and internal workflows with attention to detail
- Respond to emails, website inquiries, and social media messages in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with open houses and occasional events
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details
- Availability to assist with key events, including:
- Home & Garden Show (March )
- Montana Fair (August)

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, zoom, Docusign, and general computer systems
- Eager to learn and able to adapt in a growing business

- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexible and willing to help where needed
Pay:
Starts at $20 an hour based on experience / qualifications with re-evaluation and opportunity for raise after 90 days.
Bonuses with each home sale.
1 week paid vacation per year (PTO accrues at hire date and can be used after 6 months of employment)
