Overview –
We're hiring driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives for part-time, contract roles on a commission basis with a clear path to full-time employment. This is a performance-first engagement; your earning potential is directly tied to the results you deliver. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new Contract-to-Hire (C2H) business opportunities across the United States in AI/ML, LLM, GenAI, AI Automation, Data Engineering, or emerging technology.
Responsibilities –
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels across your assigned or self-selected U.S. territory.
- Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and map them to our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, leadership) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to refine the go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and subject matter credibility.
Required Skillset –
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage your own pipeline and time independently.
- Familiarity with U.S. compliance requirements for contractor engagements.
