Our valued client, Climb Credit Union is looking for a Bilingual Bank Teller to join their team!
Summary:
Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional service? Do you enjoy building relationships and making a difference in your community? Climb Credit Union is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Teller to join our team in Commerce City!
As a Teller, you’ll be one of the first faces our members see. You’ll help members with their everyday financial needs, process transactions accurately and efficiently, answer questions, and identify products and services that can help them reach their financial goals.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist members and potential members in person and by phone.
- Process member transactions accurately, efficiently, and according to credit union policies and procedures.
- Answer questions about products and services and resolve member concerns within your level of authority.
- Recognize opportunities to recommend products and services that benefit our members.
- Refer issues outside your authority to the appropriate team member, along with your recommendations.
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer and check run.
- Ensure records are properly maintained and required reports and tasks are completed.
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and exceptional member experience.
- Work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of similar or related experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and member-focused demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard and 10-key calculator.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and coworkers.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
