Entry Level Customer Representative (Spanish Required)
We’re hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to join our growing team. This is a people-focused role for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and enjoys helping customers while building strong communication and sales skills.
Spanish is required for this position. You do not need to be perfectly fluent—we’re looking for someone who can comfortably communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to help you learn the role and develop professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with questions, products, and available services
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service
- Explain promotions and service options clearly
- Help customers select solutions based on their needs
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work alongside your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Develop skills in customer service, sales, communication, and leadership
