Nass Auto Sales is hiring a proven BHPH Car Sales Closer.
This is NOT an entry-level position. No training provided.
If you can’t close, follow up, and manage your own pipeline, do not apply.
We are looking for a self-managed salesperson who produces results and takes pride in keeping a professional lot.
Compensation (Real Numbers):
- $2,000 monthly base ($500/week)
- $200 per personal sale Plus Bonuses
- $100 per sale from appointment setter leads or Birdogs
Monthly Bonuses:
- Additional $500 bonus at 10 personal sales
- $500 monthly lot & presentation bonus (performance-based)
Realistic monthly earnings: $5,000+
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Verifiable auto sales experience (BHPH preferred)
- Proven closing ability
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Active social media presence
- Punctual, professional, accountable
- Able to hit monthly sales goals consistently
Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles in a BHPH environment
- Manage leads, appointments, walk-ins, and phone sales
- Maintain clean, aligned, professional vehicle line
- Set flags and lot presentation
- Start and check vehicles twice per week
- Occasionally assist with inspections
- Support overall lot readiness
