What You'll Do as an AT&T Enrollment Representative
- Meet with prospective customers to introduce AT&T residential internet and communication solutions.
- Learn about each customer’s household needs and recommend products and service plans that align with their preferences.
- Walk customers through enrollment, account setup, and activation while ensuring a smooth and accurate experience.
- Answer questions regarding products, promotions, pricing, and available services with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete enrollment documentation with attention to detail.
- Follow up as needed to provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to expand product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
- Contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team environment while working toward individual and company performance objectives.
