Sales Representative – Full-Time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Location: Kahului, Maui, HI
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish, this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to walk‑ins and regular customers
- Meet sales goals and follow up on all leads
- Enter sales/orders into our system for tracking and reporting
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Work closely with other departments to support overall operations
- Communicate product demand changes to purchasing
- Ensure customer satisfaction and report any issues
- Assist with inventory counts
- Present a professional image to customers and vendors
- Generate new business and support new jobs (submittals, compliance documents, delivery coordination, technical support)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail sales, construction, landscape, or irrigation
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to multitask
- Someone who enjoys connecting with customers and helping them find solutions
