The Role
We are seeking a passionate, evidence-based Physical Therapist who loves working with a motivated patient base aiming for high-level return-to-sport or return-to-activity. You will have the opportunity to work directly with surgeons to tailor protocols to the individual.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Level Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for acute/chronic orthopaedic, post-surgical, and sports injuries.
- Surgeon Collaboration: Actively communicate with surgeons on rehabilitation progress, findings, and protocol modifications to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manual Therapy & Exercise: Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques combined with functional exercise, blood flow restriction (BFR), and performance-based training.
- Technological Integration: Utilize WebPT and Modernizing Medicine for our EMR
- Patient Education: Educate patients on pain management alternatives to medication and the importance of active rehab.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong desire to work in an active, fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.
- New grads with strong outpatient orthopaedic clinical affiliations are encouraged to apply.
Education: Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy from accredited school
Experience: 1+ years in outpatient setting and dry needling certification preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply with clinical references.
Other Requirements: Current VA physical therapist license. Current CPR Certificate
