Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high performing sales consultants.
- Build and improve scalable sales systems and processes.
- Develop training programs for new salespeople.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on one coaching sessions.
- Track KPIs, close rates, and team performance.
- Create accountability and a high-performance sales culture.
- Improve sales scripts, presentations, and follow-up processes.
- Work directly with ownership to help build a world-class sales organization.
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall sales performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Proven experience recruiting and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in residential construction, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or other high ticket sales is highly preferred.
- Experience building sales systems, processes, and training programs.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for building teams.
