Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms or alerts, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, visitors, and emergency responders to ensure clear understanding during incidents.
- Assist in loss prevention initiatives by identifying potential theft or vandalism activities.
- Manage access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for personnel and visitors.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, dispatching, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven report writing skills for documenting incidents clearly and accurately.
- Ability to manage conflicts professionally while maintaining a positive environment.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and conflict management practices.
