Responsibilities

Perform deburring operations on aerospace components using hand tools, power tools, and precision machinery.

Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections, and remove them in accordance with engineering specifications.

Work with various materials, including aluminum, titanium, and composite materials, while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production personnel to optimize deburring processes and improve efficiency.

Maintain deburring equipment and tools, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness to uphold quality standards.

Document deburring activities, including inspection results and any deviations from specifications, accurately and comprehensively.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
