Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, gas heating, and airflow issues.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers.
- Complete service documentation using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up-to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops.
- NATE Certification is a plus, but not required.
