Our Front Office & Operations Coordinator, Front Office Team is the heart of our daily operations.
Every phone call answered, every family welcomed, every lesson scheduled, and every detail handled professionally helps create an exceptional experience for our students.
This position combines customer service, office administration, scheduling, communication, and operations into one rewarding role.
Position Options
Full-Time
- 5 days per week
- $19–22 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses

Part-Time
- 3–4 days per week
- $19–22 per hour
- Opportunity to transition into Full-Time
Weekend availability is required for both Full-Time and Part-Time
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome students and families in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries confidently and professionally
- Coordinate lesson schedules between instructors and students
- Process new student enrollments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling, attendance, and administrative documentation
- Support daily office operations and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and fellow staff members
- Help provide an outstanding customer experience for every family
Workplace Expectations (Please Read Carefully)Work Location Flexibility
Our academy currently operates two locations in Queens:
All team members must be able to work at either location as business needs require.
Employees are generally assigned to one primary location for a period of time. However, operational needs may occasionally require working at the other campus.
The ability to work at both locations is a standard requirement of this position and should be considered before applying.
Maintaining a Professional Learning Environment
We believe that a clean, organized, and welcoming environment creates the best experience for our students and families.
Although our academy has dedicated housekeeping staff responsible for major cleaning, every team member is expected to help maintain an organized and professional workplace throughout the day.
Before closing each day, employees are expected to:
- Return classrooms and work areas to an organized condition
- Put teaching materials and supplies back in their proper places
- Straighten desks, chairs, and common areas
- Wipe down work surfaces when appropriate
- Help ensure the academy is neat, welcoming, and ready for the following business day
These responsibilities are considered a normal part of the position.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Previous customer service, administrative, front desk, office, or team-based work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
The following qualifications are considered a plus, but are not required:
- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) language ability
- Tagalog language ability
- Experience working in education, schools, music studios, or service-oriented organizations
- Musical knowledge or music education experience
