Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor
Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and served on schedule
Follow all dietary procedures and sanitary regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
At least 1 year of cooking experience for a sizable group (long-term care or institutional setting preferred)
Ability to accurately quantify and prepare recipes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A service-focused mindset with a desire to learn
Positive, can-do attitude and excellent attendance
