Ken Harvey's Delta Honda of Pittsburg is looking for a motivated Automotive Installer Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a dealership that values its employees, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Install dealer accessories on new and pre-owned Honda vehicles
- Install items such as wheel locks, splash guards, body side moldings, roof racks, running boards, cargo trays, all-weather floor mats, window tint, paint protection film, and other factory or dealer-installed accessories
- Perform pre-delivery installations accurately and efficiently
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow manufacturer installation procedures and dealership quality standards
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive installation or technician experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
