Job Description
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking a International Operations & Plans Support SME (Surge) to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Provide surge support for the Division's international operations and planning efforts during high-demand periods such as SOF Week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide planning expertise for international engagement events, seminars, and conferences
Support operations-center procedures including battle tracking and battle rhythm management
Assist in developing briefings, presentations, after-action reports, lessons learned, and read-outs
Assist in coordinating, planning, and executing international bilateral and multilateral engagements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
2 years experience working at a TSOC or higher-level command
2 years experience planning and/or managing military operations
1 year in a multinational environment (military, academic, business, NGO, or US Government)
Current Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access
