Seven One Seven Parking Enterprises is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Event Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Downtown Tampa.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing outstanding customer service, managing client accounts, coordinating private events, and supporting marketing initiatives. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly parking customer accounts
- Coordinate private event valet services
- Generate sales for monthly parking, private events, and vendor contracts
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Collect monthly parking payments
- Process daily deposits and perform data entry
- Manage Accounts Receivable for monthly parking accounts
- Prepare month-end and maintenance reports
- Assist with social media marketing and promotional efforts
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new clients
- Communicate effectively with operations and other departments
- Provide front desk/reception coverage as needed
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Department with administrative projects
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Account management experience
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable work history
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
