Job Title: Shift Lead, Whit's Frozen Custard on Siesta Key
Pay: $17.50/hour + pooled tips
Job type: Part-time (potential to grow)
Schedule: 20–30 hours/week, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends & some holidays

Whit's Frozen Custard is opening its newest location in the heart of Siesta Key Village this July, and we're building our founding team. We're a family-owned franchise serving fresh, quality frozen custard made daily, steps from the #1 beach in America. What You’ll Do
- Open and close the store independently (open-checks, closing lockup, and double-checking all doors/windows)
- Run shifts: direct crew, keep the line moving during beach rushes, and lead by example
- Operate and clean the custard machine and Whitser mixers (we train you, this is the heart of the shop)
- Handle customer questions and issues on the spot with good judgment and a cool head
- Train and coach crew, and uphold quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
- Manage stocking, prep, and end-of-shift cleaning routines
What We’re Looking For
- 18 or older
- Prior food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred; leadership experience a plus
- Available for opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Trustworthy with cash and keys, dependable enough that the store runs on your word
- Meets our clean, presentable appearance standards and models them for the team
