Role and Responsibilities Summary: Responsible for the management of a variety of property damage claims including fire, water, wind, and collision by performing the following duties. Candidates must possess excellent customer relation and communication skills as they will be required to interact with individuals suffering from the traumatic experiences brought on by catastrophic events such as a house fire or water line break in the property. Candidate should be self—motivated and able to sell services in a fast-paced decision environment.

- Completes site inspections on all project assignments as well as gathers and inputs data compiled during field inspections in order to prepare accurate, timely field documentation.
- Works directly with project payees such as property owners and insurers to address and resolve time sensitive property damage.
- Shows compassion with property owners, tenants, and project payees when dealing with their loss and provides regular project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
- Conducts risk assessments and analyses to identify potential environmental hazards and their potential impacts.
- Monitors and documents project progress to ensure that projects are on track with stated goals
- Maintains accurate logging of all relevant communication pertaining to each job file and ensures compliance with all third-party provider performance standards.
- Demonstrates the ability to be detail oriented and the ability to manage a large amount of information with multiple, time sensitive tasks.
- Demonstrates proficiencies in problem solving, knowledge of general construction, and a command of property damage mitigation and restoration means and methods.
- Creates summaries of services for assigned projects using a combination of field documentation, photos, moisture data and site visits.
- Rotates through an on-call schedule taking leadership when called out to emergency situations- required to work after hours and weekends, episodically.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Takes instruction from assigned manager and communicates with them on a regular basis.
