The Franklin County Prevention Coalition is seeking a Lifeline Coordinator to provide addiction and recovery education, connect individuals with treatment and recovery resources, reduce stigma, and build community partnerships across Tennessee’s 13-county Region 5 South. Frequent regional travel and occasional evening or weekend work are required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide community trainings and presentations.
Connect individuals with treatment and recovery services through warm handoffs.
Develop partnerships with coalitions, faith communities, civic groups, treatment providers, and recovery organizations.
Maintain accurate program data, reports, and event documentation.
Attend required meetings, trainings, and conferences.
Protect confidentiality and maintain professional peer-support boundaries.
Qualifications
Current CPRS or CYAPSS certification, or eligibility to obtain certification within the required timeframe.
Appropriate lived experience related to behavioral health, substance-use recovery, or peer support.
Strong communication, public-speaking, organizational, and computer skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with peer recovery support, resource navigation, community education, warm handoffs, or grant reporting is preferred.
This position is contingent upon continued grant funding and program need.
Work Schedule: Varies. (Full Time)
Pay: $21.60 - $24.00 per hour
