Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator – Printing Industry

About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator with printing industry experience to support customers in a fast-paced flexographic and corrugated packaging environment.
This is not a retail or call-center position. Ideal candidates have experience working within print manufacturing, packaging, prepress, or production workflows and are comfortable coordinating between customers, production, scheduling, and graphics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer projects and production coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and specification requests
- Coordinate with production, prepress, QC, and scheduling teams to ensure job accuracy and on-time delivery
- Review artwork requirements, job specifications, and production details
- Assist with basic prepress coordination, layouts, and color-related requirements
- Maintain accurate job records within our systems
- Help identify and resolve production or artwork issues efficiently
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the printing, graphics, packaging, or flexographic industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of macOS
- Experience with:
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Apple Mail
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexographic or corrugated packaging experience
- Prepress, graphics coordination, or production scheduling experience
- Knowledge of print workflows, color management, or packaging production processes
