Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working on an assembly line, utilizing hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively in a warehouse environment to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
- lift up too 50lbs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient assembly line workflow.
- Fabricate parts as needed for assembly, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with the operation of forklifts as required for material handling within the facility.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to assembly tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues in machinery or equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods while performing assembly tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various industrial machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role is vital to our commitment to manufacturing excellence and safety compliance. Candidates with plastics production experience, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in machine operation are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery such as plastics blow molding machines, injection molding equipment, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and robotic systems to ensure smooth production flow
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurement techniques to verify product specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CNC systems
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols
- Use hand tools and fabrication techniques for minor repairs or adjustments on machinery
- Document production data accurately and report any operational issues promptly to engineering or maintenance teams
- Support materials handling activities within the warehouse environment to ensure timely supply of raw materials and finished goods
- Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
Experience
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as plastics extrusion, injection molding, CNC lathes, or press brake machines
- Hands-on knowledge of plastics blow molding and plastics injection molding processes
- Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting and engineering problem-solving methods
- Experience with quality control processes including measurement (quality control), dimensional measurements, and precision measurement in machining
- Prior work involving robotic systems and automation technology is advantageous
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments
- Warehouse experience including materials handling, fabrication, or logistics is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
