Position: Professional Counselor/ Social Worker.

Full- time position
Compensation: Salary (Negotiable) + All benefits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will work onsite in one or more long-term care facilities within your local community, providing therapy, assessment, care planning, and behavioral health support. Provide individual, family, and group therapy. Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning. Deliver behavioral management and brief, goal-oriented interventions aligned with best practices in geriatric care.
Required:
- Active, unrestricted social worker license.
- Comfortable navigating LTC environments.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
