Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address issues

Mentor and lead junior project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry

Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects and tenant improvements

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools

PMP certification is a plus
