TALTEK is a commercial roofing company based near Nashville, TN. We are looking for need who want to build something real, not chase the next 90-day paycheck.
This is field sales. You'll be in commercial parking lots, lobbies, and back offices every day, talking to property managers, facility managers, and building owners — building relationships and scheduling inspections. You're not closing roofs on a doorstep. You're booking inspections that turn into service work, repairs, and long-term maintenance contracts.
You don't need roofing experience. You need to be coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the reps until the playbook is muscle memory.

■ $42,000 base salary — paid every two weeks, slow week or strong week
■ Bonus for every inspection held
■ Monthly revenue bonuses — tiered from up to $100K+ in service revenue closed
■ $66,000 – $90,000 for reps who hit cadence
■ $90,000 – $120,000 for reps who are rockstars
■ Top closers: $135,000+ — those who outwork the room
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
■ Prospect commercial properties within your territory — retail, industrial, manufacturing, multi-tenant, and REITs
■ Door-knock and book free roof inspections with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
■ Run discovery conversations that qualify decision-makers and surface real roofing needs
■ Hit a daily target of 2 qualified inspections (40 held inspections per month)
■ Follow up via call, text, and email until every prospect converts or disqualifies
■ Log conversations, contact, and next step in HubSpot
■ Show up for morning huddles, weekly training, ride-along, and team role-plays
■ Hit monthly inspection and revenue targets that drive your commission
Target: 40 held inspections per month. That's 2 per day. We will show you how.
