Magnolia Springs Dentistry is a private, single-location general dental practice in Altamonte Springs under new ownership. We’re investing in our team, our technology, and our systems as we grow. We’re hiring a second dental assistant, not simply to fill an opening, but to build a stronger clinical team for the future.

You’ll work directly with Dr. John Jaicks in a collaborative private-practice environment where your ideas and contributions matter. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping improve how a practice operates. As we grow, the assistant we hire today will help shape our clinical workflows and play an important role in training future team members.

Schedule
Our current schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends. As the practice grows, our hours may evolve to better serve our patients. We’re sharing that upfront because we’re hiring for the long term and believe in being transparent from the beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and emergency procedures
- Take digital radiographs
- Sterilization, instrument processing, and infection control
- Room turnover, tray setup, and inventory management
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Help improve and refine our clinical systems as the practice grows
What We’re Looking For
- Florida dental radiography certification required
- EFDA or Expanded Functions certification is a plus
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Chairside experience preferred; strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, direct communicator who enjoys being part of a team

We’re looking to hire by the end of August. We’ll move quickly for the right person, but we’re intentionally selective because we’re building a long-term team.
