About the Role
The Blend Coffee & Cocktails is looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Engagement & Partnerships Manager to help grow our presence throughout the Tampa Bay communities we serve.
This is a community-facing role focused on building relationships, creating local partnerships, identifying events and collaborations, and finding creative opportunities to bring new customers into our stores.
Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys meeting new people, is comfortable walking into a local business and starting a conversation, and can turn an introduction into an ongoing relationship or partnership.
The Blend currently has locations throughout St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Largo, Tampa, and Palmetto, and this position will work across the communities surrounding our locations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, apartment communities, gyms, nonprofits, organizations, and other community partners
- Proactively identify and pursue new partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and cross-promotional opportunities
- Develop location-specific outreach plans based on the community surrounding each Blend location
- Represent The Blend at networking opportunities, community events, markets, and local activations
- Identify and coordinate pop-ups, fundraisers, store events, community partnerships, and collaborations
- Develop recurring community relationships and partnerships
- Identify opportunities for catering, office orders, employee perks, fundraisers, and other revenue-generating partnerships
- Research local events and community opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay area
- Maintain an organized community outreach, partnership, and events calendar
- Track outreach contacts, follow-ups, meetings, opportunities, and partnership results
- Coordinate event and partnership logistics with store leadership
- Capture photos, videos, and other content during community events and outreach when appropriate
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team on promotional materials, social media, campaigns, and partnership announcements
- Provide regular updates on outreach activity, upcoming opportunities, and partnership results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community engagement, partnerships, events, hospitality, business development, sales, marketing, or another relationship-focused role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and confident approaching and meeting new people
- Professional and comfortable representing The Blend within the community
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable independently identifying opportunities
- Creative thinker who enjoys developing new ideas and collaborations
- Comfortable attending networking events and community activities
- Able to manage multiple relationships, events, and projects simultaneously
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area
Schedule
This position will begin at approximately 30–35 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a 40-hour-per-week position as our community engagement and partnership program develops.
Hours will primarily fall during weekday business hours but will vary based on community opportunities. Occasional evenings and weekends will be required for scheduled events, networking opportunities, and activations.
Weekly hours may be adjusted around evening or weekend events.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$24/hour, based on experience

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
