Job Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed product information to customers, ensuring they understand features, benefits, and usage.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct outside sales activities, visiting dealerships and potential clients to promote products.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Employ strong math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and financial calculations.
- Upsell additional products or services that complement customer purchases.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during all customer interactions to ensure a professional image
- Prospecting and generating leads
· Setting appointments with prospective customers
· Greet customers on the sales floor and take them through a thorough buying process supported by establishing selling steps, policies, and procedures
· Enthusiastically present and demonstrate inventory. Demonstrate features and benefits of our products and services
· Create solutions for the customers’ desire for a Nicer/Newer Vehicle
· Complete quotes and explain financing options for new and pre-owned vehicles
· Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
· Follow up with prospective and existing customers
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & reading professional publications
Qualifications:
· Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
· Sales/customer service experience preferred but not required
· Basic knowledge of vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
· Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated and enthusiastic
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, CRM knowledge a plus
· Must have social media experience
· Stable work history
· Valid driver's license and clean record, Reliable transportation to/from work
· Professional appearance and work ethic
· Must be able to perform in a fast-paced work environment
· Bilingual is a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficient in using software applications relevant to sales processes.
- Exceptional math skills for accurate pricing and financial discussions.
- Ability to engage in cold calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay updated on product knowledge.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
