Use a mix of email, cold calls, and supplied data lists to generate interest and schedule qualified sales meetings

Conduct account-based research (ABR) based on client buyer personas

Communicate client offerings clearly and persuasively

Track outreach and update activity in Salesforce

Manage inbound interest and outbound efforts to build high-value pipelines

Work with Google apps - ideally Mac Savvy

Work in a fast paced environment with multi line dialing platform
Requirements:

1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B tech or SaaS, with high-volume cold-calling

Strong verbal & written communication skills

CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)

Detail-oriented and coachable with a hunger to hit goals

Bonus points for experience selling complex or technical solutions

Self-starter with a “figure-it-out” attitude and strong time management

You’re fearless when it comes to picking up the phone and talking to execs

You love the thrill of the hunt and take pride in getting responses others can’t

You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a collaborative, supportive team

Target OTE: $55K–$85K+ (base hourly rate + uncapped commission)
