Job Summary: Grounds Crew members help create a clean, organized, and enjoyable practice environment for our customers. This hands-on position supports the daily operation and maintenance of the driving range, grounds, landscaping, and facilities. Grounds Crew members perform assigned duties under the direction of the Grounds Superintendent and work to keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.
The Grounds Crew reports directly to the Grounds Superintendent.
Essential Functions
- Collect, clean, organize, and maintain the company’s range-ball inventory
- Operate range-picking and ball-washing equipment
- Assist with the care and maintenance of turfgrass and landscaped areas
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
- Help maintain company buildings, structures, and outdoor areas
- Safely operate company equipment and vehicles, including tractors, utility vehicles, and golf carts
- Complete maintenance work efficiently while minimizing disruption to customers
- Keep work areas, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
- Monitor activity throughout the facility and help protect company property
- Follow all company safety procedures and promptly report equipment or facility concerns
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers and customers
- Perform other duties as needed to support the operation of Miles of Golf
