AVA Incorporated, a sales and development firm, is seeking an Entry Level Business Manager in Palm Harbor to lead our Frontier sales operations. The Entry Level Business Manager will be the driving force behind the team's performance, ensuring the sales team has the tools, training, and confidence to connect our customers with Frontier's services, now backed by Verizon.
As an Entry Level Business Manager, you’ll be trained to step into leadership with a clear understanding of what makes Frontier thrive: genuine customer connections and consistent sales excellence. The Entry Level Business Manager then oversees a sales team in our store, ensuring every customer who explores Frontier’s options leaves informed and valued.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager
- Create a welcoming in-store experience by helping customers explore Frontier Internet and TV services that fit their household needs and lifestyle.
- Assist with opening and maintaining an organized sales floor that encourages customer engagement and meaningful sales conversations.
- Support teammates by demonstrating strong customer service, product knowledge, and consultative sales techniques during daily store operations.
- Help customers compare internet speeds, TV packages, and bundled offers while making the selection process simple and enjoyable.
- Guide customers through enrollments, service selections, and installation scheduling with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Share Frontier's continued growth, including its expansion through the former Verizon acquisition, when discussing service availability and company presence.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
