Positive Changes, a leader in partial-hospitalization behavioral health services for children and adolescents, is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for our Tulsa facility. This role requires flexibility to support daytime weekday program coverage, with advance notice provided whenever possible.
Our nurses play a key role in supporting medication management, patient monitoring, and family education while working closely with therapists, providers, and psychiatric physicians.

What You’ll Do
- Provide nursing care to children and adolescents in a PHP behavioral health setting
- Administer and dispense medications during program hours
- Complete nursing admissions and intake assessments
- Monitor and document patient symptoms, responses to treatment, and safety needs
- Collaborate with therapists, providers, and psychiatric physicians regarding care and medication adjustments
- Provide medication education and health guidance to patients and families
- Participate in safety interventions as part of a trained, team-based response, when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in the state
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
- Ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and families

RN: $28.00 – $37.00 per hour (based on experience)
