Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and host to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional support to servers and ensuring that the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Duties
- Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests leave.
- Support the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed, ensuring all equipment is properly arranged.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Operate the POS system for order entry when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed throughout shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
- Familiarity with banquet service procedures is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential attributes for success in this role.
