About the Opportunity
Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation Defense team. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the State of Florida. We are looking for a detail-oriented litigator with strong writing skills and a passion for defense work.
Your Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution

Review claims files and medical records with strong attention to detail

Draft status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Represent clients at hearings and assist with all aspects of motion practice

Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and adjusters

Collaborate with Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case development
Required Education & Experience

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Active Florida Bar License (required)

Minimum of 2 years of Workers' Compensation defense experience

Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
