Basic Job Functions:
Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the TRUFAST® brand for commercial roofing systems and exterior wall assemblies and facades, and the SPAX® brand for the residential construction market. As the Technical Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness and consideration and position our brands as an authoritative voice in the industry. In this role your primary focus will be on the TRUFAST Wall business and Mass Timber category (SPAX and TRUFAST wall products). You will work closely with cross-functional team members to plan and develop technical marketing content including CEU courses, case studies, articles, white papers, videos and podcasts. You will also be responsible for other marketing initiatives such as trade shows, OEM partner co-marketing materials, collateral materials, email marketing plans, and website maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Development of technical marketing content focused on the building envelope including CEU courses, white papers, articles, case studies, newsletters, videos, and podcasts. The primary focus of the content will be on TRUFAST wall products but will also need to incorporate TRUFAST roofing as needed when referring to the entire building envelope. To a lesser extent, there will also be content needs for the SPAX brand as well.
- Collateral materials development and inventory management for TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber related materials including catalogs, reference guides, sell sheets, data sheets, and submittals.
- Manage trade shows including planning, execution, attendance, lead capture and post-show activities.
- Development, production and management of display materials such as product displays, product boards, banner stands, table throws, backdrops, and samples.
- Develop new and manage updates to existing OEM partner marketing materials as needed.
- Develop and execute marketing activities related to new product launches for TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber.
- Website updates and enhancements as needed for TRUFAST Walls and Mass Timber.
- Work with Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain customer databases, develop annual email marketing calendar, gain approvals and timely distribution.
- Support online specification tools (e.g. Spec Link & Conspectus) updates and maintenance as needed.
- Support implementation and maintenance of image/digital assets and product information on PIM/DAM system for TRUFAST Walls.
- Support TRUFAST Marketing Manager with integrated marketing campaign execution for TF Walls including advertising execution and creative development, social media, and PR.
- Support TRUFAST OEM label development and updates as available.
- Support the sales and product management teams with marketing tools needed.
- Manage and support execution of additional marketing programs and initiatives, as needed.
Travel:
- 15-20% travel annually for job site visits, trade shows / events and meetings.
