The Automation Engineer will coordinate and support release planning, shipment operations, production schedules, customer requirements, and cross-functional activities to ensure product readiness and on-time shipment.
- Coordinated and supported release plan with Flex EDHR teams and client, meeting daily and monthly BIPS plan to ensure alignment across production schedules and customer requirements.
- Planned and managed shipment operations, achieving monthly and quarterly committed shipment targets while ensuring shipping execution and prioritizing customer SKU requirement aligned with releases.
- Managed, followed up, and closed all pre-release activities and issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, and IT to ensure product readiness and on-time shipment.
- Analysed customer demand for 20+ SKUs from IBP files and assisted in obtaining POs, ensuring price book is updated and accurate SO creation, and maintaining sufficient quarterly POs aligned with quotes.
- Managed end-to-end build and shipment of 4 different client samples, ensuring all production steps were completed on time, meeting sampling requirements, quality standards, and production schedule.
