About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage project execution, and lead production teams. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support field crews to ensure efficient project completion.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and job logistics.
- Monitor job quality and resolve project or customer concerns.
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing field team leaders.
- Partner with office staff to manage project timelines and service needs.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in construction, field services, operations, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tablets and web-based software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license required.
