**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform clinical assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct physical examinations and record patient medical histories - Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and treatment progress - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Assist in managing pain and providing comfort to patients - Perform airway management procedures when necessary - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Provide care for patients in memory care units - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention - Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record system (EMR) **Requirements:** - Valid RN license in the state of practice - Proven experience in a medical office or clinical setting - Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques - Ability to lift and move patients safely when needed - Proficiency in conducting physical assessments and interpreting diagnostic tests - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Preferred Skills: - Experience in pain management techniques - Familiarity with memory care practices Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
