Life Insurance Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Manager to help hire, develop, and lead a team of life insurance agents while also supporting the sales and client-service process.
This is an independent contractor opportunity for someone who is comfortable in a performance-based environment and interested in developing both their insurance sales and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, mentor, and support life insurance agents.
- Coach agents on sales techniques, client communication, follow-up, and activity goals.
- Help develop agents into productive and professional insurance producers.
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Maintain accurate client and sales activity within our CRM.
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, leadership, and compliance training.
- Maintain professional and compliant communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Leadership, management, insurance, or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable coaching, training, and developing others.
- Life insurance license preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed will be assisted on obtaining state insurance licenses before conducting insurance sales.
Compensation & Position Details
- 1099 independent contractor position.
- Commission-based compensation; this position does not provide a guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
- Compensation is based on individual production and applicable team production.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
