As a Career Educator in our Toddler classroom, you will:
- Create a warm, nurturing classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Support toddlers as they develop language, social-emotional skills, independence, confidence, and self-help skills.
- Plan and provide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences through play, exploration, music, movement, and hands-on activities.
- Celebrate the little moments—first words, new friendships, newfound independence, and those proud “I did it!” moments.
- Partner with your teaching team to create a classroom where every child can thrive.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with families about their child’s development and daily experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
