What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Build real connections through conversation, games, reading, and shared hobbies
- Provide gentle assistance with daily routines including grooming, dressing, and mobility and other ADLs
- Prepare favorite meals and snacks while encouraging healthy eating
- Organize light activities, reminiscing sessions, and safe outings
- Deliver specialized memory care and dementia care support (training provided)
- Offer respite care for families and help with errands or doctor visits
- Keep the home tidy and create a calm, positive environment

Qualifications We Value
- Previous experience in caregiving, companion care, or working with seniors (preferred)
- Passion for helping older adults and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CNA, HHA, or Memory Care certification is a plus (we train the right people!)
- Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
