Sanitation Specialist, Dallas, TX | All Shifts Available
We are seeking dedicated, detail-driven Sanitation Specialists to join our team. If you take pride in your work, hold yourself to a high standard without being told to, and want a role where your attention to detail genuinely matters — this is the job for you.
As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of a busy commercial airport environment — including terminals, restrooms, gate areas, jet bridges, and common spaces. This is a visible, high-impact role in a facility that serves thousands of people every day.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $17.00/hour
- 3rd Shift (overnight): 9:30 PM – 4:00 AM | $17.50/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, terminal common areas, gate areas, jet bridges, and other assigned spaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout your entire shift — not just at designated times
- Monitor and restock supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) proactively
- Respond promptly to spills, biohazards, and urgent cleaning needs
- Follow all airport safety, security, and operational protocols
- Complete assigned tasks independently and with minimal supervision
- Communicate maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to your supervisor
- Represent the facility with professionalism at all times

REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass a TSA background check — required for all airport employees, completed prior to first day
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for the duration of a shift
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability for assigned shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred but not required
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
