Tallavera is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to step into Nurse Manager roles within a respected, mission-driven care community. We currently have RN Nurse manger positions available in long-term care (LTC).

Salary: Starting at $90K based on experience
Responsibilities of the RN Nurse Manager:
- Work a consistent Monday–Friday day schedule
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff on assigned units to ensure top-tier care and performance
- Manage staffing processes, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, resident-centered care
- Drive operational excellence through the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) process
- Actively contribute to committees such as HIPAA, CQI, Clinical Leadership, and Policy & Procedure
- Help shape and refine clinical policies and workflows to stay ahead of industry standards
Requirements of the RN Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current New York license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Supervisory/Leadership experience in field required
- PCC experience preferred
- A leader with a passion for mentoring, clinical integrity, and elevating the care experience
