Duties

- Engage with participants via chat, answering questions promptly and maintaining a lively atmosphere
- Promote featured items, highlighting their unique qualities to generate interest and bidding activity
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote upcoming auctions across social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
- Utilize media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software to create engaging promotional content
- Monitor auction performance using web analytics and marketing performance metrics like Google Analytics and social media analytics to optimize viewer engagement
- Collaborate on content creation for social media marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across all channels
- Maintain strong relationship management with participants, vendors, and partners to foster loyalty and repeat engagement
Skills
- Proven experience in live hosting, media presentation, or related roles with excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO, social listening, content creation, branding, and online advertising (Facebook Advertising)
- Ability to analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
- Skilled in content writing, proofreading, and social media content creation tailored for diverse audiences
- Experience in social media content marketing, community engagement, and public relations practices
- Knowledge of web analytics and keyword research techniques to enhance online visibility
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
