As the Lead Wax Pro, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through high quality, personalized service and adherence to protocols/systems. Additionally, your excellence will be a key building block in ensuring the long-term viability and profitability of the salons.

This position demands service excellence and taking pride in the brand. This means an attention to service quality, teaching the importance of after care with the product line, promoting on social media and in person, as well as managing your part in the inventories.

Responsibilities
- Upholds superior customer service & makes sure subordinates does too
- Meets sales goals and expectations & makes sure subordinates does too
- Supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Actively attends and participates in personal development education/safety programs and/or events
- Leads by example in exceeding sales goals
- Arrives a minimum of 15 minutes before booking time
- Accountable for cleaning up waxing room and all other areas in the studio
- Feedback on customer service (surveys, mystery shoppers)
- Managing supplies expenses
- Manages Inventory
- Gives Seminars At Beauty School
- Support Depil Brazil School
- Assist the Waxing Department (i.e.: weekly room inspections, updating waxers numbers on board weekly, etc.)
- Monitor and coach performance of Waxing Technician technique and sales specifics.This training may be conducted during pre-scheduled time between appointments; however, some of the training may need to be scheduled outside of the normal work schedule
- Participating in offered training programs, conferences and other opportunities for professional growth
- Meet weekly with the Studio Manager
- Actively participate in studio meetings
- Meet monthly with the Corporate Trainer (Can be conference call. To be used to ensure consistency throughout company)
- Monthly email correspondence to the Corporate Trainer to review prior month’s performance highlights and action plan for the month ahead
- Manage work emails
- Manage work Calendar
- Maintains all Wax Pro files and books of procedures
Requirement
· Esthetician or Cosmetologist License valid in Texas;
· 1 year of waxing experience, able to perform all types of body waxing;
· Social media & marketing skills;
· Ability to work flexible days and hours;
· Understands the importance of goals and meeting standard minimums;
· Selling our brand and products to create best results;
· Ability to commute.
