About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented technician to handle window cleaning jobs for our residential customers. You'll work independently in the field, using a water-fed pole system to deliver streak-free, professional results on every job. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage their own schedule, and wants the flexibility of contract work with consistent job flow.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning at residential properties using provided water-fed pole equipment
- Follow job assignments and routes provided each day
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail on every job
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Inspect and report any issues found at job sites (damaged screens, hard water etching, etc.)
- Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
- Take before/after photos for quality records and marketing
- Identify and communicate upsell opportunities (e.g., gutter brightening, hard water treatment)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Comfortable working using extension poles (no ladder work required for most jobs)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly demeanor
- Prior cleaning, landscaping, or service-industry experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
Compensation & Schedule
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Pay: per-job rate percentage
