Savvee Inc. is seeking a motivated FOIA Support Analyst to support our federal client in a hybrid environment located in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will help drive the FOIA and Privacy Act workflow by handling incoming requests, maintaining case files, assisting with searches and document preparation, and drafting correspondence. They will support senior staff to ensure smooth, consistent, and well‑documented processing across the program.

Receiving and logging FOIA and Privacy Act requests into the tracking system.

Verifying that requests are complete and requesting additional information if needed.

Creating and maintaining organized electronic case files.

Scanning and converting paper records into electronic format.

Assisting with record searches and document compilation.

Drafting routine correspondence, i.e. acknowledgment letters and status updates.

Performing data entry and daily case updates.

Uploading correspondence and documents into the FOIA system.

Assisting senior staff with redaction preparation and file organization.

Providing general administrative and document management support.

Assisting with tracking privacy compliance metrics and documentation.

Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.

Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

One or more years of general office experience OR
-
Five or more years of general office or administrative experience in lieu of formal education requirement

Must have the ability to obtain the client’s suitability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and handson experience applying AI solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A highly motivated selfstarter

Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
