Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately using order picker tools and inventory management software
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load and unload trucks efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems
- Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Organize stock in designated storage areas, perform stock counts, and update inventory management software regularly to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of shipments and inventory
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and supporting customer service efforts

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
